If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return: You have 30 calendar day to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you feel the product did not perform as advertised or if the product is defective email us with a request for a replacement or refund along with details of you dissatisfaction. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. We will provide return shipping details by email. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request. You will receive a credit within 7 days, depending on you card issuer’s polices or a replacement item(s).
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning you item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
