Bullet Fence Systems, LLC: Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective Date: December 22, 2025

1. Delivery Estimates & Fulfillment
While Bullet Fence Systems, LLC typically fulfills and ships orders within 1–3 business days, all delivery dates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only. These dates do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific time. Bullet Fence Systems, LLC shall not be held liable for any financial or project-related losses due to delays in transit.

2. Third-Party Carrier Responsibility
Orders are shipped from our facility in Okmulgee, OK via third-party carriers, primarily UPS and USPS. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for the item passes to the customer. Bullet Fence Systems, LLC is not responsible for:
  • Service interruptions or delays caused by the carrier.
  • The suspension of "Service Guarantees" by carriers (e.g., UPS Ground or USPS).
  • Missed project deadlines or contractor costs resulting from delayed arrival of fencing components.

3. Force Majeure and External Disruptions
Bullet Fence Systems, LLC is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Acts of God: Severe weather, natural disasters, or fire bans affecting logistics.
  • Labor & Supply Chain: Labor strikes, carrier capacity constraints, or global supply chain disruptions.
  • Government Action: Regulatory changes, including 2025 trade or tariff implementations affecting raw material or shipping costs.

4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bullet Fence Systems, LLC be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages—including, without limitation, loss of labor hours, rental equipment costs, or lost profits—arising out of a late shipment. Our maximum liability for any shipping-related issue is limited to the refund of the shipping fees paid by the customer, at our sole discretion.

5. Address Accuracy & Redirects
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Bullet Fence Systems, LLC is not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address entry. Any fees for address correction or package redirection charged by the carrier will be passed on to the customer.

6. Claims for Lost or Damaged Goods
  • Damaged Items: Customers must inspect all materials upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to info@bulletfence.com within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Lost Packages: Claims for packages marked "Delivered" but not received must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier.

7. Wholesale & Bulk Shipments
For wholesale or contractor orders involving pallet quantities, shipping terms may vary based on the specific quote and carrier (e.g., LTL freight). In these cases, the customer or their representative must be present to unload and inspect the order at the time of delivery.
